Men’s Ministry Faith Adventure

On January 21st 2016, Mariners’ Men’s ministry will send a team to Haiti in what is becoming an annual tradition. This team will concentrate on educating local pastors and church leaders on how to recognize addiction in their community and compassionately implement ‘care and recovery’ programs to assist. Led by Jack West and Sean Stier, the team will also help bring understanding for the causes of addiction, and the fact that they are usually a manifestation of deep spiritual brokenness.

The men will also perform some much needed maintenance around the Glory Glory Center. They will be painting, fixing bathroom fixtures, changing light bulbs, cutting grass, maybe caping a newly drilled well, and supporting the Glory Glory Center in any other way possible during their time there.

We invite you to participate alongside our merry band of men, lifting the team up in prayer as they go out humbly serving God’s people in Haiti. They travel to Haiti knowing the enemy will be lurking, so prayers are very important from now until after the team returns (and even upon their arrival home). We also invite you to participate financially if you are compelled to do so. All that we have belongs to God, and should he put this trip upon your heart, please know that we welcome any support, be it $10 or $1,000.
